Bhuyapur Upazila People Friendly Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Executive Magistrate Sheikh Mo Alaul Islam left to join the new workplace due to transfer.

On July 14, 2022, he left through official proceedings on the basis of transfer.

Recently, this popular officer of Bhuyapur Upazila of Tangail District has been transferred to Keraniganj Upazila of Dhaka District. With honesty, skill and sincerity, he won the love of the people of Bhuyapur and is floating in praise.

Ac land Alaul Islam is a member of 36th BCS administration cadre. He has served as Bhuyapur Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) since February 20, 2022. Earlier he served as Assistant Commissioner (Land) in Moksedpur, Gopalganj.

In his short working life in Bhuyapur, especially in upazila landowners’ land miscases (regarding rejection of registered deposits), quick settlement of cases by hearing cases, ending local disputes over land, providing land services with transparency, simplification, playing a special role in increasing government revenue, among landless families. Along with making arrangements for Khas land settlement, he conducted regular mobile courts to stop illegal sand extraction in the river and punished dishonest businessmen.

Apart from this, the Prime Minister’s special initiative of building houses for poor homeless families has been overseeing every moment to ensure transparency, sustainable, robust and disaster-resistant quality of work.

Besides, his role in anti-adulteration drive, environmental protection drive, illegal sand mining, illegal clinics/hospitals, child marriages and evictions in Madhavadi by conducting mobile courts was highly commendable.

Panel Mayor Khandkar Zahid Hasan of Bhuyapur Municipality said that Ac land Alaul Islam was honest, efficient, hardworking and philanthropic at the field level. He has won the love of Bhuyapur people with honesty. Although Alaul Islam is gone, his activities will remain in the hearts of the people of Bhuyapur. Ac land Alaul Islam has brightened the image of the upazila administration by creating a bridge between the administration and the common people. He will be remembered among the people of Bhuyapur.

Assistant Commissioner (Land) and Executive Magistrate Sheikh Md. Alaul Islam told the journalists, I will work against injustice in the area that the government will give me responsibility due to the job. But in a short time I am impressed by the love of this Bhuyapur people. I will miss the people of Bhuyapur very much.
